Neogen® Milk Protein Rapid Test (Casein)
The Neogen® Milk Protein Rapid Test Kit (Casein) is a qualitative immunochromatographic lateral flow test designed to detect milk protein residues in food products, ingredients, clean-in-place (CIP) final rinse water, and environmental samples.
A control line ensures that the test is working correctly, and the other two lines indicate nondetectable, low, and high concentrations of milk protein.
